"We love our State Farm office. While we have been dealing with waiting on a part for our car over the last 8 months. Laura went above and beyond time and time again to make sure our rental car was secure, to getting updates from the shop, you name it, she did it! She makes that office what it is and we really appreciated all her help with both times we were hit and needed assistance! If you want great service, this is the office!"

"I came to Scott Yuill insurance company because my last broker did absolutely NOTHING for me! If I had a claim, I had to approach the insurance company myself! When I was required to provide information for a claim through my last agent, she failed to forward that information to the insurance company. I finally decided to move my account to another broker. Scott Yuill had my wife's life insurance, so I decided to go there. I have been very pleased with the level of concern provided at Scottl Yuill & Co. from the time I walked through their door."

"Laura has been the epitome of the “Like a good neighbor” slogan! She immediately reached out to me to see if I had questions when my rate went up with the last renewal. Then, when I had to file a claim because a tree fell on my home, she jumped in and helped when I was having trouble reaching my claim contact who was overloaded in another time zone. She continuously followed up to see how I was doing, even though it wasn’t a claim she was assigned to. Laura’s professionalism, timely follow ups and concern have far exceeded my expectations.
